Your tasks

• You will serve as the Product Owner for a product or product cluster in the beverage filling and packaging sector, with a focus on digital solutions for production, quality, and optimization processes.
• You will be responsible for the continuous development of your product, define the product vision and roadmap, and maximize business value for customers and users.
• You will analyze requirements from customers and stakeholders, translate them into product goals, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and prioritize the product backlog.
• You align user requirements, business benefits, and technical feasibility to ensure sustainable, scalable product decisions.
• You work closely with development teams, architects, and data engineers, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• You define requirements and interfaces for machines, production lines, and MES, ERP, and cloud systems.
• You drive the implementation of data-driven use cases in areas such as analytics, predictive maintenance, AI-powered assistance systems, and Agentic AI solutions.
• You monitor releases and product metrics, integrate customer feedback into product development, and actively shape the strategic evolution of the product.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Lead Engineer, or in a comparable role in an industrial setting.
• You have experience in gathering, structuring, and prioritizing requirements, as well as in collaborating with interdisciplinary development teams.
• You have a strong technical understanding of software solutions and digital products and can confidently evaluate technical relationships.
• You possess strong analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to effectively reconcile differing interests.
• Ideally, you have extensive experience in the beverage, food, packaging, or process industries, as well as an understanding of industrial production processes.
• Knowledge of modern cloud and software architectures, as well as data-driven applications and data platforms, is a plus.
• You are interested in cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative AI, and recognize their potential for industrial applications.
• You have excellent German and English language skills and are comfortable working in an international environment.
