• Technical application support for existing and potential customers
  
• Selection and configuration of Ampco Pumps and related equipment in accordance with customer processes, operating conditions, and technical requirements
  
• Preparation of technical quotations and proposals in collaboration with the sales team
  
• Supporting the sales office with technical configuration and order processing
  
• Reviewing customer specifications and recommending suitable pump solutions
  
• Providing technical support throughout the entire sales process, from the initial inquiry to order processing
  
• Providing technical customer service and assisting customers with application- and product-related questions
  
• Working closely with regional sales managers on customer projects and providing technical application expertise
  
• Building and maintaining close relationships with customers and business partners
  
• Supporting colleagues with technical product and application questions
  
• Ensuring that the proposed Ampco solutions comply with applicable European technical requirements and standards
  
• Working closely with the engineering, application, and manufacturing teams at Ampco Pumps in the United States, as well as with colleagues throughout the Krones Group
  
• Participating in trade fairs, customer meetings, and technical training sessions as needed
