Your tasks

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a generalist profile and the ability to ramp up quickly and to operate with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will focus on end-to-end product design across active product initiatives with following responsibilities:

• You lead product design across 2-3 projects, driving both discovery (facilitation, alignment) and execution (design delivery).
• You facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to structure problems, define scope, and align on solution directions.
• You translate insights into concrete requirements, user journeys, and scalable solution concepts.
• You collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• You create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and clear specifications using Figma, leveraging design systems and AI-supported design-to-code practices.
• You plan and conduct user research and validation, ensuring decisions are grounded and risks are reduced early.

Your profile

• You are interested in supporting our team for a fixed term of 1 year (parental leave replacement).
• You have proven experience in product design, ideally within complex or enterprise environments, covering both discovery and delivery phases.
• With your strong facilitation skills and your hands-on execution ability, you can lead workshops and produce high-quality design outputs yourself.
• You can effectively structure ambiguous problem spaces and turn them into clear, actionable solutions.
• You are proficient in Figma, design systems, and familiar with modern AI-supported design or front-end workflows.
• You have experience managing multiple projects in parallel with strong prioritization and ownership.
• You stand out with strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams (German and English).
