Help Us Shape The Future of the Finance Department
Do you want to do more than just record transactions and truly understand how numbers drive a business? Do you enjoy working independently, thinking analytically, and actively contributing to process improvements? Then join our team.

As a Financial Accountant (all genders), you will take responsibility of key accounting processes and work closely with various departments as well as management: 

  • You will independently manage accounting processes and play a key role in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
  • You will prepare meaningful analyses and reports for management and various stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for accounts receivable management, including monitoring receivables and intercompany reconciliations.
  • You will oversee the review and processing of incoming invoices and ensure timely execution of payment transactions.
  • You will support tax reporting requirements and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will analyze financial matters, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute your own ideas to further optimize processes.
  • You will work at the intersection of Accounting, Finance, and Controlling, gaining insights into the financial interdependencies across the entire organization.

Your profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with relevant further professional training or hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have several years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • You possess solid knowledge of German HGB and ideally have experience working with IFRS.
  • You have advanced Excel skills and experience working with SAP.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy understanding complex relationships and developing effective solutions.
  • You work independently and are willing to take ownership and responsibility.
  • You are a confident communicator and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • You are excited to work in a modern environment with an open company culture where colleagues support one another and celebrate successes together.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
